When you’re shipping your suspension to us from outside of El Paso, make sure to write on the box the Workorder number we’ll provide you after purchasing your service, this way we ensure a smooth and quick turnaround. Please describe any specific issues or concerns you may have with your products.

After servicing, we will ship your Fork, Shock or Seatpost back to you for a flat fee within the contiguous US:

Fork boxes: $25

Shock/Seatpost: $10

Warranty

No-nonsense. If you have a problem with your product within 90 days of your full rebuild service (30 days for basic), don’t worry, we will take care of it. Your item will be reworked with no charge to make sure it’s running as it should be!
