When you’re shipping your suspension to us, make sure to write on the box the Workorder number we’ll provide you after purchasing your service, this way we ensure a smooth and quick turnaround. Please describe any specific issues or concerns you may have with your products.

UPS recommended. Their service is affordable, reliable and mostly in time. It also arrives earlier in the day to us, which could slightly improve your turnaround time.

Pro tip, save on shipping! Use third party shipping platforms like Shippo, Pirate Ship, ShipStation, EasyShip, etc., to generate and print your shipping labels from all major carriers at lower rates.

Otherwise, visit a UPS location, they can even pack your items, although this can be considerably more expensive.

After servicing, we will ship your Fork, Shock or Seatpost back to you for a flat fee within the contiguous US:

Fork boxes: $25

Shock/Seatpost: $10

Warranty

Keeping things simple. If you have a problem with your product within 90 days of your full rebuild service (30 days for basic), don’t worry, we will take care of it. Your item will be reworked with no charge to make sure it’s running as it should be!
