When you’re shipping your suspension to us, make sure to write on the box the Workorder number we’ll provide after placing your order, this way we ensure a smooth and quick turnaround.

Please consider that it may take up to 48h (possibly more for custom estimates) for us to reply with your Workorder as we manually process every order and find compatible/ideal upgrades for your application (if applicable).

If you’re familiar with the process, write your web order number on the box and send it our way, no need to wait for the workorder.

Consider that your service form contains all the information we need for the service, upgrades and/or custom tuning, we’re usually all set. Make sure to reply to your Workorder email with any additional requests and/or to confirm upgrades, otherwise we’ll proceed with the service as usual and will let you know once ready to ship.

UPS recommended. Their service is affordable, reliable and mostly in time. It also arrives earlier in the day to us, which could slightly improve your turnaround time.

Pro tip, save on shipping! Use third party shipping platforms like Shippo, Pirate Ship, ShipStation, EasyShip, etc., to generate and print your shipping labels from all major carriers at lower rates.

Otherwise, visit a UPS location, they can even pack your items, although this can be considerably more expensive.

After servicing, we will ship your Fork, Shock or Seatpost back to you for a flat fee within the contiguous US:

Fork boxes: $25

Shock/Seatpost: $10
