First 20 orders also get a free 3D printed organizer for your tool kit!
Remove/install your shock hardware and bushings with ease, works with most modern shocks! Anything with 15mm eyelet bore and 12.7mm hardware (Fox, Rockshox, Cane Creek, DVO, Ohlins, Marzocchi, etc).
These are the components:
-Threaded rod & nuts - 1/4” threaded rod, custom cut to size and matching nuts & washers. Available in PRO with ACME square-profile threads or BASIC for a standard threaded rod.
-Bushing catcher - Made from 6061 Aluminum to prevent dents or scratches on your shock, these self-center with the bushing drift and allows you to press it out all the way. It can also be flipped to act as a stop when installing your bushing.
-Catcher spacer/reducer - Also made from 6061 to protect your shock. Reduces the diameter to slightly over 12.7mm to self-center with the hardware drift while also increasing the catcher depth, allowing you to remove longer hardware completely.
-Hardware drift - Also made from 6061 to protect your shock. It self-centers on 8 or 10mm hardware with the integrated steps and has a main diameter of slighlty under 12.7mm, allowing you to easily install/remove the hardware on/from the the shock/bushing.
-Bushing drift - Made from hardened 4041 “Chrome-moly” steel for strenght and abrasion resistance. It self-centers on 12.7mm bushings and has a major diameter of slightly under 15mm, allowing you to easily install/remove the bushing on/from the the shock eyelet.
-Bushing burnishing tool - Also made from hardened 4041 “Chrome-moly” steel for strenght and abrasion resistance. It uses a very slight taper to size/burnish your bushings to get the perfect, low friction fit. Works with the same system so it can self-center with the threaded rod. It can be run several times until desired outcome has been achieved.
These are all made to order, please allow for 1-2 days for shipping.
